[New Version]: Stay tuned for live updates on the SSC CGL Result 2024 as the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) prepares to release the results of the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) tier 1 exam. Candidates will be able to access their results on the official SSC website, ssc.gov.in, once they are announced. The CGL tier 1 exam took place from September 9 to 26 at various test centers statewide. After the provisional answer key was published on October 4 and the objection window closed on October 8, the upcoming step is the declaration of the exam results.
The tier 1 CGL result document will indicate the roll numbers of the candidates who have qualified for tier 2.
The first-tier examination comprised multiple-choice questions of an objective nature covering topics such as General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension.
In every segment, there were 25 questions, and the highest attainable score per segment was 50.
In order to clear the exam, candidates from the unreserved category must achieve a minimum of 30 per cent marks. OBC and EWS aspirants should aim for a score of at least 25 per cent, while candidates from all other categories must secure a minimum of 20 per cent marks.
The upcoming SSC CGL 2024 examination aims to occupy a total of 17,727 positions in group B and group C across various ministries, departments, organizations under the central government, as well as statutory bodies, tribunals, and more.
